Once we receive your order, we strive to prepare and ship it as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Please note that once your order has been shipped or is ready for shipping, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Shipping usually takes between 2 to 3 business days, though it may occasionally take up to 5 business days depending on your location. Overseas deliveries generally take anywhere from 5 to 10 days. You'll receive delivery details in your confirmation email, and during checkout, you'll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times; we cannot be held liable for courier guarantees. If the item does not arrive on time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS). We will not refund shipping charges if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS) to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.

If you reside outside the US, you may be responsible for customs duties charged by your country. While this rarely occurs, customs duties might be around 15-20% of the purchase price. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Delays may also occur due to the destination country's customs clearance processes.
